Concept Design – We can work with you to bring your idea to life.  Our engineers are experienced at helping customers’ take their design ideas and turn them into CAD models.  EnviCor engineers collaborate with our manufacturing managers to review customer designs with an aggressive focus on optimizing the product quality, manufacturing process efficiency and with an eye towards cost containment.

Prototype Development – EnviCor will lead the mold building process for you, regardless of whether you need fabricated steel or cast aluminum molds.  We understand the practical application of designs on commercial production, so we can help avoid future problems with the molds

Molded Graphics & Inserts – EnviCor personnel has years of experience with mold in graphics, post mold graphics and molded in inserts.  If your product requires any of these processes feel confident that it will be done properly each and every time.  If you are unfamiliar with these types of products, the EnviCor engineering staff will help to incorporate them into your product if the project allows.

Commercial Production – EnviCor will manufacture the commercial quantities you need to meet your customers’ goals.  We can work closely with you to ensure production quantities, quality, and timing requirements

Assembly & Packaging – If your product needs assembly, EnviCor is ready.  Most of our products require some level of light assembly work which we do in house.  Additionally, with our network of suppliers, we can also source the subcomponents of your product to reduce cost and improved logistical efficiency.

Warehousing – Sometimes you need temporary warehousing of your products, EnviCor can help you manage your temporary warehousing needs.

Distribution – To reduce your shipping cost and improve your delivery time, EnviCor can ship your products directly to your customers.  We are located in Smithfield, NC, which is strategically placed between I-95 and I-40.
